Epic Project Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Epic Project Manager based in Switzerland.

• This is a senior project management role focused on delivering complex Epic and healthcare IT initiatives from planning through stabilization.
• You’ll lead implementations, Community Connect deployments, practice onboarding, optimizations, upgrades, and related transformation projects.
• The role combines structured project delivery with close collaboration across clinical, technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
• You’ll coordinate multiple workstreams spanning applications, integrations, testing, training, technical readiness, cutover, and go-live.
• A key focus will be ensuring physician practices and other stakeholders are fully prepared for successful deployment and adoption.
• You’ll manage risks, dependencies, resources, governance, and communications while maintaining momentum across concurrent initiatives.
• The position offers an opportunity to shape repeatable delivery practices in a collaborative healthcare technology environment.
