About the Role:
As a Project Manager , you will play a key role in shaping the future of the Bank by leading high-impact strategic and transformational initiatives from concept through execution.
This role goes beyond traditional project management. We are looking for individuals who thrive in complex and evolving environments, enjoy tackling unfamiliar challenges, and can quickly move from problem identification to practical execution.
Success in this role requires a combination of intellectual curiosity, pragmatism, resilience, strong ownership, and execution excellence. You will be expected to challenge assumptions, ask the right questions, structure complex topics, and translate them into clear recommendations, actionable plans, and measurable outcomes.
You will work across business and support functions, engaging stakeholders at all levels of the organization and acting as a trusted partner to senior management.
YOUR ROLE:
- Lead and deliver strategic and transformational projects across the Bank.
- Structure complex business problems, identify root causes, and define pragmatic solutions.
- Challenge existing practices and assumptions to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Define project roadmaps, governance frameworks, operating models, business requirements, and execution plans.
- Coordinate and influence cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious objectives.
- Build fact-based analyses and recommendations to support executive decision-making.
- Anticipate risks, dependencies, and implementation challenges while proactively driving mitigation actions.
- Simplify complexity and communicate key messages effectively to senior stakeholders.
- Produce high-quality deliverables and maintain momentum in a demanding and fast-changing environment.
- Contribute to the Bank's accelerated digitalization agenda, helping identify opportunities to enhance processes, operating models, and client experience through technology, automation, and AI.
YOUR PROFILE:
- 5-10 years of relevant experience, ideally gained in top-tier management consulting, transformation, strategy, or project management roles within financial services.
- Proven ability to independently lead complex projects and transformation initiatives from concept to implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to rapidly understand unfamiliar topics and navigate ambiguity.
- Demonstrated ability to bring structure, clarity, and direction to complex situations.
- Excellent communication, synthesis, and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complexity into clear, concise, and impactful messages for senior audiences.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities across organizational boundaries.
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and delivery.
- Pragmatic, resilient, adaptable, and willing to roll up your sleeves when needed.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes in demanding environments.
- Strong understanding of private banking activities, products, services, and client journeys.
- Success in this role requires a strong proximity to the business and a deep understanding of its priorities, challenges, and opportunities. The ability to engage with frontline teams, challenge constructively, and translate business needs into actionable transformation initiatives will be critical.
- Strong interest in digitalization, automation, AI, and operating model transformation.
- Fluent in English and French (German is a plus).
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
