- Aufgaben:
- Durchführen und Steuern von Entwicklungsaktivitäten für komplexe Avionikprojekte über den gesamten Lebenszyklus
- Festlegen von Anforderungen zur Konzipierung, Auslegung und Nachweisführung elektronischer Systeme
- Erstellen und Harmonisieren von Termin- und Kostenplänen sowie Aufgabendefinitionen
- Abstimmen von Entwicklungsaktivitäten mit Fachabteilungen, Fremdfirmen und Kunden
- Erstellen und Prüfen von Versuchsanforderungen und Prüfanweisungen
- Auswerten, Dokumentieren und Kommunizieren der Ergebnisse der Nachweisführung
- Führen interdisziplinärer Projektteams sowie Unterstützen bei der Bewertung von Konzeptlösungen
- Profil:
- Hochschulstudium der Elektrotechnik, der Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung
- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung komplexer sicherheitskritischer elektronischer Systeme
- Führungsqualitäten, Umsetzungsstärke und soziale Kompetenz
- hohe analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eigenverantwortliche und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- interdisziplinäre Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit
- sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, Deutsch wünschenswert
