Your Opportunity:

Taylor Corporation is looking for motivated individuals to join our North Mankato Production Team!

We have a variety of openings supporting our production operations, from Production Support roles to Equipment Operators.

Whether you bring previous manufacturing experience or are looking to learn something new, we'd love to hear from you!

Your Schedule:

1st Shift and 2nd Shift opportunities available

Your Responsibilities:

Responsibilities will vary depending on the position but may include:

• •Assist with daily production operations to keep jobs moving efficiently and meet production deadlines
• •Prepare, operate, and monitor equipment according to job specifications and company quality standards
• •Check job specifications for product type, size, color, and quantity
• •Visually inspect products throughout the production process to ensure quality
• •Perform routine equipment maintenance and help keep work areas clean and organized
• •Coordinate with team members to prioritize jobs and meet changing production needs
• •Follow all safety requirements, procedures, and guidelines

You Must Have:

• •Strong attention to detail
• •Ability to read and follow written instructions and job specifications
• •Dependability and a willingness to learn
• •Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• •Mechanical aptitude is helpful for equipment-focused positions

Requirements Within These Positions:

• •Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand
• •Regularly required to remain in a stationary position
• •Frequently operates machinery and handles products, including print materials, depending on the position
• •Ability to regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)

We Would Also Prefer:

• •Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience
• •Experience operating equipment or machinery
• •Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members

Work Authorization: To be considered for Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

The anticipated hourly range for these opportunities is $16.00 - $23.00 . Actual starting pay will depend on the specific position, qualifications, relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and other applicable factors. The range listed is one component of Taylor Corporation's total compensation and benefits package.
