WHAT YOU WILL DO

• •Promptly install and maintain dental equipment used in dental offices
• •Inspect and test equipment, components and assemblies using various tools and instruments
• •Create, update and maintain repair records, return defective parts to vendor for warranty replacement
• •Provide quality, innovation and high standards of performance to achieve superior customer satisfaction
• •Organization and proactivity is required, in addition to strong multitasking and time management skills
• •Work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, providing strong collaboration and communication
• •Demonstrate a sense of urgency in completing tasks and are able to manage preconstruction efforts while adapting to shifting project priorities

WHAT YOU BRING

• •Completion of a post-secondary program in medical/electrical field is an asset
• •Previous experience in a service/equipment environment in the dental industry is preferred
• •Strong interpersonal skills
• •Strong technical issues – being able to work through technical issues with non-technical clients
• •Excellent customer service and communication skills
• •Handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
• •Proven time management and organizational skills, experience in a fast-paced environment is an asset
