Die Viereck Bau GmbH in Bochum sucht zur Unterstützung unseres Büros eine zuverlässige und berufserfahrene Fachkraft für den Bereich Buchhaltung .

Wir suchen ausdrücklich eine Person, die bereits über mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung verfügt und die anfallenden Aufgaben weitgehend selbstständig und routiniert bearbeiten kann.

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Bearbeitung und Kontrolle der laufenden Buchhaltungsunterlagen
  • Prüfung und Zuordnung von Eingangsrechnungen
  • Vorbereitung und Bearbeitung von Ausgangsrechnungen
  • Vorbereitung der Unterlagen für Steuerberater bzw. Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Konten- und Rechnungsabgleich
  • Ablage und strukturierte Verwaltung von Belegen und Geschäftsunterlagen

### Ihr Profil

  • mehrjährige bzw. langjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Buchhaltung oder Rechnungswesen
  • sichere und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Rechnungen, Belegen, offenen Posten und Zahlungsverkehr
  • sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • gute Kenntnisse der gängigen Office-Anwendungen

Die Beschäftigung ist in Teilzeit vorgesehen.

Der genaue Stundenumfang und die Arbeitstage können individuell vereinbart werden.

Denkbar sind beispielsweise mehrere Stunden an einzelnen Wochentagen oder eine regelmäßige Teilzeitbeschäftigung.
