ANKA EU GmbH sucht ab sofort eine erfahrene Fachkraft für Buchhaltung und Finanzen auf Minijob-Basis in unserem Büro in Neuss.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung der laufenden Buchhaltung und des Finanzwesens
  • Prüfung und Bearbeitung von Ein- und Ausgangsrechnungen
  • Kontenabstimmung, offene Posten und Unterstützung bei Zahlungsverkehr und Mahnwesen
  • Vorbereitung von Unterlagen für die Steuerberatung und Unterstützung bei Auswertungen
  • Pflege und Prüfung von Buchhaltungsdaten im ERP-System

Ihr Profil:

  • Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der deutschen Buchhaltung
  • Gute Kenntnisse deutscher Buchhaltungsabläufe
  • Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise SAP Business One
  • SAP Business One ist von Vorteil; fundierte Erfahrung in der deutschen Buchhaltung ist uns besonders wichtig
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Excel und sorgfältige, selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse

Wir bieten:

  • Minijob mit ca. 10 Stunden pro Woche, möglichst auf fünf Tage verteilt
  • Arbeitszeiten nach Absprache, Tätigkeit vor Ort in Neuss
  • Vergütung nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung im Rahmen der geltenden Minijob-Grenze
  • Beginn ab sofort oder zum nächstmöglichen Termin
