Wir sind eine neurologisch-psychiatrische Praxis mit zwei Ärzten und suchen ab sofort eine/n zeitlich flexible MFA (ca. 25 Std., Mo ganztags, Di - Fr. vormittags und in der Urlaubszeit nach Absprache).

Ihre Aufgaben auf einen Blick:

  • Ansprechpartner in allen Phasen der Betreuung und Beratung unserer Patienten
  • Empfang der Patienten und Sicherstellung der patientenbezogenen Dokumentation
  • Terminvergabe, Telefon und E-Mail-Verwaltung
  • Durchführung von elektrophysiologischen Untersuchungen sowie Blutentnahmen und Spritzen (eine gründliche Einarbeitung ist gewährleistet)

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene medizinische Berufsausbildung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen Praxisprogrammen (in der Praxis wird Turbomed verwendet) sowie geübt im Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Sie haben eine freundliche Art und strahlen durch Ihr empathisches Auftreten den Patienten gegenüber Ruhe und Sicherheit aus.
  • Sie sind flexibel, belastbar, kooperativ und verantwortungsbewusst
