Aufgaben:

  • Führen der Finanzbuchhaltung einschließlich Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung
  • Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
  • Durchführung der Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung und -abrechnung
  • Überwachung und Verbuchung der Bankkonten und Kassen
  • Unterstützung bei der Budgetplanung und -überwachung
  • Ansprechpartner/in für steuerliche und buchhalterische Fragestellungen

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Steuerfachangestellte/r oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung, idealerweise in einem ähnlichen Umfeld
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise Erfahrung mit Buchhaltungssoftware (z.B. DATEV, Agenda)
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Steuerrecht und sichere Anwendung von HGB
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Zuverlässigkeit
