Wir suchen eine Ergänzungskraft (m/w/d) Wir suchen ab sofort eine engagierte Ergänzungskraft (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung unseres Teams. Der Stundenumfang beträgt 30-39 Stunden pro Woche. Ein grundlegendes Interesse an der Waldorfpädagogik und die Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern im Alter von 1-6 Jahren sollte vorhanden sein. Gerne mit einer abgeschlossenen Ausbildung als Kinderpfleger/in oder vergleichbarer Qualifikation.

Was wir uns wünschen:

  • Unterstützung der Gruppenleitung im pädagogischen Alltag
  • Gestaltung eines liebevollen und rhythmischen Tagesablaufs
  • Begleitung der Kinder im Freispiel, bei Mahlzeiten, Spaziergängen und kreativen Tätigkeiten
  • Teilnahme an Teambesprechungen, Festen und Elternveranstaltungen
  • Persönliche Stärken: Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Einfühlungsvermögen, Zuverlässigkeit, Motivation, Leistungsbereitschaft, Teamfähigkeit und Offenheit, Kreativität
