Der VGS Köln e.V. ist an mehreren Kölner Grundschulen für die komplette Nachmittagsbetreuung der Kinder verantwortlich. Wir freuen uns über engagierte, zuverlässige und motivierte Studierende oder Quereinsteiger\*innen, die Lust haben, sich in ein neues Aufgabengebiet einzuarbeiten und/oder sich parallel in diesem Bereich beruflich zu qualifizieren.

Arbeitszeiten: zwischen ca. 11-16 Uhr, ca. 18-20 Wochenstunden (5-Tage-Woche)

Das bieten wir Ihnen:

  • eine praxisbegleitende Einarbeitung durch das Team und die Fachberatung inklusive trägerinterne Fortbildung zum Arbeitsbeginn
  • regelmäßige Fortbildungs- und Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen

Ihre Aufgaben sind:

  • Unterstützung der Gruppenleitung einer OGS-Gruppe inklusive Lernzeitbetreuung und AGs
  • Unterstützung bei der Gestaltung zielgruppengerechter pädagogischer Angebote, wie Sport- und Kreativangebote (auch in den Ferien)
  • Elternarbeit nach Absprache
  • Teilnahme an Dienstbesprechungen

  • Spaß an der Arbeit mit Kindern und im Team
  • Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
  • Fortbildungsbereitschaft
