Die Rehaklinik Usedom bietet 169 Betten für orthopädische und pneumologische Heilverfahren und Anschlussheilbehandlungen.

Mit ihrer unmittelbaren Strandnähe im Zentrum des Kaiserbades Heringsdorf auf der Ostseeinsel Usedom bietet die Klinik eine Umgebung, die zahlreichen Menschen als Urlaubsziel dient. Aber auch innerhalb der Klinik sorgt ein gut qualifiziertes Team unter flachen Hierarchien und interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit für eine gute Atmosphäre. Derzeit suchen wir zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Teilzeit oder Vollzeit:

einen Ergotherapeut/eine Ergotherapeutin (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Durchführung von berufsbezogenen Testungen im Rahmen der MBOR
  • hierfür notwendig die Bereitschaft, die 2tägige Fortbildung ALa – Arbeitstherapeutische Leistungsanalyse
  • Durchführung von Arbeitsplatztraining
  • o für MBOR Patienten
  • o für Patienten mit chronischem Rückenschmerz (wird gefordert im Rehatherapiestandard)
  • Durchführung von verschiedenen Gruppenangeboten:
  • o Handgruppen
  • o Schultergruppen (derzeit Korbflechten)
  • o ADL Gruppen für Patienten mit Knie / Hüft TEP
  • o Hirnleistungstraining in der Gruppe, auch PC-gestützt
  • Schreiben von Kurzberichten am PC über alle durchgeführten Therapien
  • Durchführung von Einzelergotherapie
  • o Dokumentation der Einzeltherapien im PC

Wir erwarten

  • eine abgeschlossene staatlich anerkannte Ausbildung als Ergotherapeut (m/w/d)
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • ein hohes Maß an sozialer Kompetenz
