Wir suchen ab sofort in Naumburg einen engagierten Ergotherapeuten (m/w/d) als fachliche Leitung.
Aufgaben:
- Übernahme der fachlichen Leitung
- Fachliche und kollegiale Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen Leistungsbereichen im Therapiezentrum
- Etablierung therapeutischer Standards und Leitlinien
- Einarbeitung und Anleitung von Mitarbeitern
- Durchführung von ergotherapeutischen Behandlungen gemäß Verordnung
- Durchführung der Therapien hauptsächlich in der Praxis und in geringerem Umfang im Hausbesuch
- regelmäßige Anpassung der Behandlungspläne
- Dokumentation (Befundung/Therapieberichte)
- Patientenkommunikation
Profil:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum staatlich anerkannten Ergotherapeuten (m/w/d)
- sowohl Berufserfahrene als auch Berufseinsteiger sind willkommen
- Führerschein zwingend erforderlich
- aufgeschlossenes und freundliches Auftreten
- Zuverlässigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft und Engagement
- Freude am selbstständigen und eigenverantwortlichen Arbeiten
