Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit, ein freundliches Auftreten, Eigeninitiative sind selbstverständlich für Dich

gerne auch Berufsanfänger, wir ermöglichen das Einarbeiten in verschiedene therapeutische Konzepte (z.B. Schmerztherapie, Handtherapie, psychiatrische Behandlungskonzepte u.v.m.)

Wir bieten:

übertarifliches Gehalt (Grundgehalt (Vollzeit) ab 43.200,00 - 46.800,00 Euro / Jahr) je nach Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation, Hausbesuchspauschale pro Hausbesuch und regelmäßige Gehaltsanpassung

zuzüglich eines Benzingutscheins in Höhe von 50,00 Euro / monatlich

zuzüglich jährlich 3-4 zusätzliche Prämien (durchschnittlich jeweils 500,00 Euro)

zuzüglich Urlaubsbeihilfe steuerfrei für Therapeuten / Therapeutinnen und Familie

Urlaubs- und Fortbildungstage (34 Urlaubstage)

es erwartet Dich ein sehr gutes Arbeitsklima in einem sehr professionellen Team

gute Fort- und Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten, darüber hinaus auch durch interne Schulungen

flexible Arbeitszeitgestaltung. Vollzeit 33 Stunden netto Therapiezeit zuzüglich Vor- und Nachbereitung nach eigenem Gestaltungsspielraum im Rahmen einer 4 oder 5 Tage-Woche

Home Office Gestaltung möglich (im Rahmen von Dokumentation oder psych.-funkt. Behandlung)
