Um unser kleines Team zu verstärken suche ich eine/n Ergotherapeut/in, mit und ohne Berufserfahrung, für 20-25 Wochenstunden. Die Erhöhung der Arbeitsstunden ist grundsätzlich möglich.

Eine feste Arbeitsstundeneinteilung ist vorgegeben, über Ihren Bedarf und Wünsche können wir aber gerne reden ;)

Die Aufgabenschwerpunkte liegen in folgenden Fachbereichen:

  • Pädiatrie
  • Geriatrie
  • Neurologie
  • Neurofeedback

Einen Computer und Smartphone stellt die Praxis für jede/n Mitarbeiter/in zur Verfügung, um die organisatorischen Abläufe, wie digitale Terminplanung, Arztberichte, Einpflegen von Verordnungen usw. flexibel zu gestalten.

In einer wöchentlich stattfindenden Teambesprechung an der alle Mitarbeiter/innen teilnehmen, werden aktuelle Anliegen besprochen, organisatorische Abläufe abgestimmt, Fallbesprechungen durchgeführt und neue Therapiekonzepte und -methoden vorgestellt und diskutiert.
