In unseren 22 Fachabteilungen versorgen wir mehr als 54.000 Patienten pro Jahr entweder voll- beziehungsweise teilstationär oder ambulant auf hohem medizinischem Niveau.

Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n

# Ergotherapeut/in (m/w/d) für die Mobile Geriatrische Rehabilitation (MoGeRe)

in Teilzeit**** (19,25 Stunden wöchentlich)

## Deine Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung von ergotherapeutischen Behandlungen geriatrischer Patienten im mobilen häuslichen Bereich Einzeltherapie
  • Esstraining, Alltagstraining und Wasch- und Anziehtraining
  • Kognitives Training
  • Hilfsmitteltraining/ Hilfsmittelanpassung
  • Haushaltstraining
  • Angehörigenschulungen

## Dein Profil:

  • eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Ergotherapeuten (m/w/d) und idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der Behandlung geriatrischer Patienten
  • die Grundkurs-Fortbildung FOTT (Fazioorale Trakt-Therapie) oder Bobath
  • engagiert, motiviert und teamfähig
  • selbstständiges Arbeiten und eine hohe Sozialkompetenz
