Deine Aufgaben als Ergotherapeut-/in (m/w/d)

  • Durchführung ergotherapeutischer Behandlungen in unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen Erstellung individueller Therapiepläne und Dokumentation
  • Förderung der Selbstständigkeit und Lebensqualität der Patient*innen
  • Durchführung von motorisch - funktionellem Training
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Pflege, Ärzten und Therapeuten
  • Dokumentation der Behandlungsverläufe

Dein Profil als Ergotherapeut-/in (m/w/d) am Einsatzort Schwedt/Oder

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Ergotherapeut*in oder gleichwertiger Abschluss
  • Teamfähigkeit , Engagement und Eigeninitiative
  • Empathie, Teamgeist und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Professionalität
  • Deutschkenntnise mindestens B2/C1
