  • Ergotherapeutische Behandlung geriatrischer Patient\*innen in Akut- und Rehasetting

  • Erstellung individueller Therapiepläne – gemeinsam mit Kolleg\*innen aus allen Fachrichtungen

  • Dokumentation & Beteiligung an interdisziplinären Teambesprechungen

  • Anleitung und Beratung von Patienten und deren Angehörigen
