Arbeitsweise: Du möchtest betätigungsorientiert, evidenzbasiert und klientenzentriert arbeiten.

Erfahrung: Du hast idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrungen in der Geriatrie, Psychiatrie oder

Pädiatrie.

Netzwerkarbeit: Du hast Freude an Netzwerkarbeit.

Alltagsnähe: Du kannst dir vorstellen, die Therapien auch alltagsnah im häuslichen Umfeld der Klient:innen

durchzuführen.

Deine Aufgaben: Therapie im häuslichen Umfeld: Du arbeitest vorwiegend mit psychiatrischen und geriatrischen Klient:innen im häuslichen Umfeld.

Teamarbeit: Du bist Teil eines dynamischen Teams und eines modernen Praxiskonzepts.

Fallbesprechungen: Wöchentliche Fallbesprechungen gehören zu eurem Arbeitsalltag.

Entwicklung: bezahlte Freistellung zu Fortbildungszwecken

Mobilität: Carsharing oder ein Praxisfahrzeug für Hausbesuche. Dienstfahrzeug (inkl. privater Nutzung) nach der Probezeit

Arbeitsmodell: Flexibles Arbeiten.

Dokumentation: Digitale Therapiedokumentation.

Ausstattung: Smartphone und Tablet auch zur privaten Nutzung.
