Arbeitsbedingungen:

  • 29,26 Wochenstunden

  • TV AWO Saarland EG8
  • zunächst längstens bis 19.04.2027 befristet

Ihre Aufgaben bei uns

  • Ganzheitliche Betreuung, psychomotorische Entwicklungsförderung (pädagogische Anleitung, pflegerische Tätigkeiten und therapeutische Begleitung) von Menschen mit geistiger und körperlicher Behinderung
  • Planung und Durchführung differenzierter Freizeitaktivitäten sowie lebenspraktischen Trainings
  • Erstellung von Hilfeplänen / Umgang mit Outlook, Word, Excel / Arbeiten nach QM-Richtlinien
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie die Bereitschaft zur regelmäßigen Fort-und Weiterbildung auch an Wochenenden
  • Gruppeninterne Verwaltungsaufgaben

Darüber freuen wir uns

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Ergotherapeut\*in, Physiotherapeut\*in oder Logopäd\*in
  • Die Fähigkeit zum verantwortungsvollen und respektvollen Umgang mit den uns anvertrauten Menschen
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Menschen mit geistiger und körperlichen sowie schwermehrfacher Behinderung
  • Hohe physische und psychische Belastbarkeit sowie ein hohes Maß an Arbeitsflexibilität
  • Berufsqualifikation Psychomotorik dakp oder die Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung in diesem Bereich
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
