Seit 75 Jahren machen wir uns stark für Menschen in besonderen Lebenslagen. Wir als Caritas sind der größte Wohlfahrtsverband in Leverkusen und leisten soziale Arbeit in unterschiedlichen Bereichen.

In unserem Christophorus-Haus in Opladen wohnen 24 Menschen mit Suchterkrankung (vorrangig Alkohol oder Medikamente), die sich bewusst für ein abstinentes Leben entschieden haben. Wir begleiten sie auf dem Weg, ihr Leben wieder selbständig und unabhängig von Suchtmitteln zu gestalten.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n weitere/n Ergotherapeut/in (w/m/d) in Vollzeit (39 Stunden/Woche) - unbefristet.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Planung und Anleitung von ergotherapeutischen Angeboten im Rahmen der Tagesstruktur
  • Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Reflexion von Gruppen- und Einzelgesprächen
  • Koordination und Anleitung des Arbeitstherapiebereichs
  • Dokumentation und Mitwirkung an der Fortschreibung der individuelle Hilfepläne (BEI\_NRW)
  • Kontinuierlicher Austausch mit der Einrichtungsleitung Ihr Profil:
  • Ausbildung zum/zur Ergotherapeut/in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Die Fähigkeit zum selbständigen und eigenverantwortlichen Arbeiten
  • Einsatzbereitschaft und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Besitz eines PKW-Führerscheins der Klasse B Ihre Benefits:
