  • Praxis im Herzen von Rastede mit 294 qm und 2025 renovierten Räumen.
  • Umfangreiche Praxisausstattung und eine digitale Terminplanung.

  • Selbständige Behandlungsplanungen, Beratungen, Praxis- und Hausbesuche.

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene(s) Ausbildung oder Studium der Ergotherapie.
  • Leidenschaftliche Ergotherapeut\*in, mit Offenheit, Begeisterungsfähigkeit, Lösungsorientierung, kommunikativ, herzlich und empathisch.
  • Kreativität, Neugierde und Freude an der eigenen Weiterentwicklung.
  • Berufseinsteigende und Berufserfahrende.
  • Ein unkompliziertes und herzliches Team auf Augenhöhe und eine Einbindung in Entscheidungsprozesse.
  • Unkomplizierte Voll- oder Teilzeitmodelle + Du bestimmst wieviel Du arbeiten möchtest.
  • Komplette Finanzierung deiner Fortbildungen + Aufwendungen. Fortbildungszeit ist Arbeitszeit und wird dir als solche bezahlt.
  • Wöchentliche Teamzeiten + alles was Du für die Praxis machst wird natürlich bezahlt. Es gibt keine Minusstunden.
  • Handy, Tablet, Laptop und alles was deinen Arbeitsalltag erleichtert und spannender gestaltet. Praxisbekleidung (Hosen + Schuhe wenn gewünscht), Hansefit (Epassi), monatl. 50 € Gutschein, 24. + 31.12 als Extraurlaub. Obst, Snacks + Getränke. Sowie eine betrieblich geförderte Altersvorsorge.
  • Familienfreundliche Praxis: Übernahme des Essengeldes für Kinder (Krippe + KiGa) bis 100 - 150 Euro monatlich.
