## Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Ergotherapeut
  • Freude und Einfühlungsvermögen im Umgang mit unseren Bewohner/-innen
  • Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Kreative Gestaltung des Bewohneralltages entsprechend der Wünsche und Fähigkeiten der Bewohner/-innen
  • Unterstützung von Einzel- und Gruppenangeboten Mitgestaltung und Umsetzung vom Betreuungskonzept
  • Kommunikationsfreude und Empathie

## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Planung und Durchführung von Betreuungs- und Beschäftigungsangeboten
  • Förderung der sozialen Teilhabe und Lebensqualität unserer Bewohner/-innen
  • Individuelle Begleitung und Unterstützung im Alltag
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Pflege- und Betreuungsteam
