**Ihre Aufgaben: **

  • * Durchführung von Einzel- und Gruppentherapien mit Patienten im Rahmen der Rehabilitation
  • Prüfung , Beratung und Anpassung von Mitteln zur Selbsthilfe
  • Überwachung des Therapieverlaufes
  • Mitwirkung, Teilnahme an interdisziplinären Konferenzen ****

**Ihr Profil: **

  • * Großes Interesse an der rehabilitativen Geriatrie
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Ergotherapeut (m/w/d)
  • Idealerweise bringen Sie erste Berufserfahrungen im rehabilitativen Bereich mit
  • Empathischer Umgang mit Patienten und deren Angehörigen
  • Hohe Motivation und Teamfähigkeit ****
