Ergotherapeut (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung von Einzel- und Gruppentherapien mit Patienten im Rahmen der Rehabilitation
  • Individuelle Ergotherapeutische Behandlungspläne erstellen
  • Ergotherapeutische Maßnahmen zur Förderung von Selbstständigkeit und Lebensqualität im Alltag durchführen
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Ärzten , Pflegepersonal und anderen Therapeuten

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Ergotherapeut (m/w/d)
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Prozessorientiertes Denken und Handeln
  • Hohe soziale Kompetenz und empathischer Umgang
  • Organisations - und Integrationsfähigkeit
  • Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
