## Ihre Aufgaben
- Durchführung ergotherapeutischer Behandlungen zur Förderung der Selbstständigkeit und Lebensqualität unserer Patient:innen
- Erstellung individueller Therapiepläne und sorgfältige Dokumentation des Therapiefortschritts
- Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams zur optimalen Versorgung der Patient:innen
- Beratung von Patient:innen und Angehörigen zu ergotherapeutischen Maßnahmen
- Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung unserer ergotherapeutischen Konzepte und Angebote
## Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Ergotherapeut (m/w/d)
- Engagement und Empathie im Umgang mit Patient:innen
- Teamfähigkeit und interdisziplinäres Denken
- Flexibilität und die Bereitschaft, sich in neue Arbeitsfelder einzuarbeiten
- Identifikation mit den Zielsetzungen unserer christlichen Werte
