medcareer sucht für ein etabliertes Seniorenheim Nähe Calden einen erfahrenen Ergotherapeuten (m/w/d), der die Bewohner mit Kompetenz und Empathie betreut.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Ergotherapeutische Behandlung und Betreuung von Seniorinnen und Senioren
  • Entwicklung individueller Therapiepläne zur Förderung von Mobilität und Selbstständigkeit
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem multiprofessionellen Team im Heim
  • Dokumentation therapeutischer Fortschritte und Befunde
  • Aktive Teilhabe an Teambesprechungen und Qualitätssicherung

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Ergotherapeut
  • Berufserfahrung in der Seniorenbetreuung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit therapeutischen Techniken und Hilfsmitteln
  • Freundliche, geduldige Kommunikation mit älteren Menschen
  • Bereitschaft zu konstruktiver Teamarbeit
