Endlich Zeit für Therapie statt Minuten-Taktung. Die Medilon GmbH ist eine interdisziplinäre Praxis in Ludwigshafen mit großen, neuen Praxisräumen und einem breiten Arbeitsfeld. Wir suchen ab sofort eine/n Ergotherapeut:in in Voll- oder Teilzeit.
Arbeitsfelder (Schwerpunkte wählbar): Pädiatrie, Orthopädie, Neurologie, Geriatrie, Handtherapie – inkl. Patient:innen in Pflegeheimen.
Ihre Aufgaben: – Durchführung ergotherapeutischer Behandlungen, Mobilisation und Schmerzreduktion – Kognitives Training (Einzel- und Gruppentherapie) – Teilnahme an Teamsitzungen und Schulungen – Dokumentation der Therapiefortschritte
Ihre Arbeitsbedingungen: – Keine enge Taktung: 45- bzw. 60-Minuten-Behandlungstakte mit Zeit für Vor- und Nachbereitung – Keine Überstunden, keine Wochenenddienste, Mo–Fr – Feste Arbeitszeiten mit Gleitzeit
Ihr Profil: – Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Ergotherapeut:in (gerne auch Berufsanfänger:innen) – Empathie, Engagement und Teamfähigkeit
