MoGeRe Gold ist Leistungserbringer für mobile geriatrische Rehabilitation. Wir bieten eine komplexe, interdisziplinäre geriatrische Rehabilitation direkt im häuslichen Umfeld unserer Rehabilitand an. Unser Ziel ist es, ältere Menschen dabei zu unterstützen, ihre Mobilität, Selbstständigkeit und Lebensqualität in ihrer vertrauten Umgebung bestmöglich zu erhalten oder wiederzugewinnen.

Sie möchten ausreichend Zeit für Ihre Rehabilitand haben und sich auf das Wesentliche konzentrieren können – die Therapie? Bei MoGeRe Gold übernehmen wir Terminplanung, Kommunikation und Therapiekoordination zentral.

Das erwartet Sie bei uns:

  • ⏱️ Eine Stunde Zeit pro Rehabilitand
  • Für die Behandlung steht Ihnen eine volle Stunde zur Verfügung.
  • 🚗 Fahrzeit ist Arbeitszeit
  • Sie sind mobil im Raum München und Feldkirchen unterwegs. Die notwendigen Fahrzeiten werden bei der Tourenplanung berücksichtigt.
  • 📝 Zeit für Dokumentation
  • Die Dokumentationszeit ist fest in Ihren Arbeitsalltag eingeplant.

🌴 30 Urlaubstage und eine feste 30-minütige Mittagspause

📚 3 Fortbildungstage + 500 € Fortbildungszuschuss pro Jahr

💶 3.500–5.000 € brutto/Monat bei Vollzeit, abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung

  • 🎁 2.000 € Startbonus
  • 1.000 € bei Eintritt und weitere 1.000 € nach bestandener Probezeit.

💰 Bis zu 1.000 € Gesundheitsbonus bei weniger als 5 Krankheitstagen pro Jahr (bei Teilzeit anteilig).
