Ihr vielfältiges Aufgabengebiet

  • Ergotherapeutische Befund- und Statuserhebung
  • Erstellung von Therapieplänen
  • Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation aller Betreuungsaktivitäten / Ergotherapien
  • Training im lebenspraktischen Bereich
  • Organisation, Durchführung und Begleitung von internen und externen Veranstaltungen
  • Förderung von Kontakten der Bewohner*Innen untereinander, zu Angehörigen, Betreuer*Innen und zum Wohnumfeld
  • Einzel- und Gruppentherapien
  • Erhebungen von Maßnahmeplänen
  • Hilfsmittelberatung, -auswahl und -erprobung

Wir freuen uns über...

  • eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Ergotherapeut (m/w/d) oder examinierte Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d)
  • Erfahrung in der Geriatrie wünschenswert
  • Selbstständigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Kooperations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenzen (vor allem Einfühlungsvermögen)
  • viel Leidenschaft und Engagement zum Wohle unserer Kund*innen
