  • Deine Aufgaben:
  • Planung und Durchführung individueller ergotherapeutischer Angebote für unsere Bewohner:innen
  • Förderung von Selbstständigkeit, Alltagskompetenzen und Lebensqualität
  • Gestaltung aktivierender Einzel- und Gruppenangebote
  • Förderung von Beweglichkeit, Motorik, Wahrnehmung und kognitiven Fähigkeiten
  • Berücksichtigung individueller Bedürfnisse, Fähigkeiten und Biografien
  • Beobachtung und Dokumentation der Entwicklung und des Wohlbefindens der Bewohner:innen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Pflege, Betreuung und weiteren Fachbereichen
  • Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung unserer sozialen Betreuung und Beschäftigungsangebote
  • Du bringst mit:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Ergotherapeut:in
  • Empathischer und respektvoller Umgang mit Bewohner:innen
  • Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Freude an einer professionellen und modernen Pflege
