Zur Verstärkung unseres TEAMS suchen wir einen:

ERGOTHERAPEUTEN (M/W/D)

IHRE AUFGABEN:

  • Planen, Organisieren und Durchführung von Einzel- und Gruppentherapien
  • Verantwortung für die Durchführung von Einzeltherapien
  • Unterstützung unserer Bewohner in den Alltagsanforderungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Pflegeteams, Kooperationspartner und Ehrenamtlichen
  • Führen der Betreuungs- und Pflegedokumentation entsprechend der Anforderungen durch die Vertragspartner
  • Umsetzung des Pflege- und Unternehmensleitbildes

IHR PROFIL:

  • Berufserfahrung speziell im Bereich der Altenpflege
  • soziale Kompetenzen und kommunikatives und teamorientiertes Auftreten
  • Beobachtungsgabe und Wahrnehmungsfähigkeit
  • Fähigkeit zur Reflexion des eigenen Handelns
  • Fähigkeit zur würdevollen Begleitung von Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen
  • Ein, unserer anspruchsvollen Klientel, entsprechendes Auftreten und Kommunikation
  • wertschätzender Umgang mit unseren Bewohnern
