Für unsere Ergotherapie in Aue suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Termin eine/n ErgotherapeutIn (m/w/d) in Teil- oder Vollzeit.

Voraussetzungen:

  • dreijährige Ausbildung zum Ergotherapeuten
  • Führerschein Klasse B (PKW)

Aufgaben:

  • Erstellung von Entwicklungsberichten für die Kostenträger in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sozialen Dienst
  • Selbständige Aufstellung eines Behandlungsplans und Definition eines Behandlungsziels auf der Grundlage der ärztlichen Vorgaben.
  • Durchführung von ergotherapeutischen Maßnahmen und Verbesserung von Bewegungs- und Muskelfunktionen, die dem Bewohner ein selbständiges Handeln ermöglichen
  • Erhebung und Auswertung von Informationen; soziale Anamnese
  • Schreiben von Berichten und Gutachten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen und Betreuern
