## Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du aktivierst und förderst die körperlichen, psychischen sowie kognitiven und sensorischen Fähigkeiten unserer BewohnerInnen.
  • Du unterstützt sie in den Bereichen Selbstversorgung, Freizeit und Produktivität.
  • Du planst und organisierst abwechslungsreiche Wochen- und Monatsangebote, die den Alltag bereichern.

## Was wir dir bieten:

Freie Wahl : Vollzeit (38,5 Std./Woche) oder Teilzeit? Du entscheidest!

Feste Arbeitszeiten : Montag bis Freitag, Wochenendarbeit nur nach Absprache (ein Wochenende im Monat).

Keine Teildienste : Deine Freizeit bleibt deine Freizeit.

Einarbeitung deluxe : Wir begleiten dich intensiv, damit du dich schnell wohlfühlst.

Weiterkommen garantiert : Wir unterstützen dich großzügig bei Fort- und Weiterbildungen.
