Wir suchen ab sofort Verstärkung für unser Pädiatrie-Team in der Carl-Petersen-Straße 101. Wenn Du in weiteren Fachbereichen arbeiten möchtest, ist das je nach Qualifikation und in Absprache möglich.

Das bieten wir Dir

  • Therapieausfälle gehen nicht zu Deinen Lasten. Du bekommst Dein Gehalt verlässlich.
  • Gehalt in Anlehnung an TVöD: 3.295 – 4.045 € brutto bei 39 Std./Woche, anteilig bei Teilzeit
  • 15 Minuten Vor- und Nachbereitungszeit pro Therapieeinheit
  • Bezahlte externe Fortbildungen (490 € / 5 Tage pro Jahr) und interne Fortbildungen, anteilig bei Teilzeit
  • mindestens 28 Urlaubstage
  • Flexible, familienfreundliche Arbeitszeiten, 25 bis 36 Stunden pro Woche
  • Ein engagiertes Team, das sich austauscht und gegenseitig unterstützt, mit wöchentlichen Teambesprechungen und monatlichen Fachteamsitzungen
  • Digitale Patientenakte und ein eigenes Tablet
  • Vielseitiges Therapiematerial mit Programmen für die emotionale, feinmotorische, visuelle und sensorische Förderung, und Raum für eigene Ideen in Therapie und Praxisgestaltung
  • Eine individuelle, gründliche Einarbeitung, auch in unsere Materialien und Programme und auch für BerufseinsteigerInnen
  • 5 Min. zur U-Bahn Hammer Kirche, Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür

Das bringst Du mit

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium in Ergotherapie mit staatlicher Anerkennung
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern und ihren Familien
  • Eine selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
