Du hast Erfahrung im Erodieren und möchtest anspruchsvolle Werkstücke eigenständig bearbeiten? Wir, die E+S Connect GmbH , suchen für unseren Kunden in Korntal-Münchingen einen Erodierer (m/w/d) für den Werkzeugbau.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du programmierst und richtest eine AGIE-GFMS-Erodiermaschine für die Bearbeitung ein.
  • Du spannst Werkstücke präzise auf und fährst die Bearbeitung sicher an.
  • Mit Visi Wire 3D erstellst du CAM-gestützte Erodierprogramme.
  • Du übernimmst Vor-, Nach- und Einpassarbeiten an den Werkstücken.
  • Durch regelmäßige Wartung und Pflege hältst du die Anlage einsatzbereit.

Das bringst du mit

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Werkzeugmechaniker (m/w/d).
  • Praktische Erfahrung im Erodieren und im Umgang mit AGIE-Erodiermaschinen.
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Werkzeug- und Formenbau.
  • Eine sorgfältige, eigenständige Arbeitsweise und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team.
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit.
