We’re looking for people who put their innovation to work to advance our success – and their own. Join an organization that ensures a more secure world through connecting and protecting our customers with inventive electrical solutions.

What you will experience in this position:

We are seeking a highly hands-on Epicor Kinetic technical expert to own, enhance, and continuously improve our Epicor ERP platform across manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, procurement, inventory, costing, and finance.

This role requires someone who can operate across Epicor application configuration, technical development, SQL, integrations, manufacturing processes, and business process design . The successful candidate will not simply resolve tickets—they will diagnose root causes, design solutions, develop within Epicor, test, deploy, and own the outcome.

  • System Administration & Governance: Take on the primary internal support role and ownership of our ERP systems. You will manage Cloud/On-Premise modules, user security, configuration, data integrity, performance, and general IT infrastructure support.
  • Customization & Technical Development: Develop and manage BAQs, BPM workflows, complex dashboards, and SSRS reports. Your expertise will be vital in prototyping, crafting, and testing new ERP functionalities.
  • Business Alignment & Improvement: Document processes and translate business needs into technical solutions. You will support guidelines in inventory control, job management, purchasing, costing, and ETO manufacturing models. Bridge business and technical teams by translating business processes into Epicor technical solutions.
  • Support & Global Collaboration: Troubleshoot issues for end-users globally. Collaborate with multinational teams across North America, Europe, India, and China. Lead and assist in upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain Epicor Application Studio customizations, including UI rules, events, data views, controls, and business logic
  • Design and support SSRS reports, Report Data Definitions (RDDs), report styles, calculated fields, and operational reporting.
  • Develop and troubleshoot Epicor REST/API integrations, Business Objects, Services, JSON payloads, and external system interfaces.
  • Determine the appropriate Epicor solution—standard functionality, configuration, BAQ, BPM, Application Studio, customization, report, or integration—and avoid unnecessary customizations.

You have:

We are looking for an ambitious and skilled professional who possesses:

  • Experience: At least 5 years of direct experience with Epicor 10 / Epicor Kinetic within a manufacturing environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: A strong command of SQL and ERP customization tools, including BAQs, BPMs, and SSRS reporting.
  • Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of production, supply chain, finance workflows, and Engineer-to-Order (ETO) models.
  • Strengths You'll Need: Proven analytical and troubleshooting skills with a problem-solving approach. Experience running or participating in international implementation projects.
  • Communication & Travel: Excellent written and spoken English skills for continuous dialogue with collaborators. The ability to meet physical and environmental demands of a manufacturing office and travel internationally as required.
