ERP Consultant (f/m/d)

Your Opportunity

The name says it all: as an Inhouse ERP Consultant (D365 F&O) with a focus on warehouse operation, inventory management and 3PL monitoring within a team of other ERP Consultants, you will ensure the targeted further development of our D365 installation , optimize existing business processes together with our specialist departments and define new functionalities as part of projects.

Your Mission

You act as the first point of contact for our internal specialist department for all technical and functional issues

In close cooperation with cross-functional teams (planning, purchasing, marketing, sales) you optimize our business and system processes

You use your system knowledge to translate business requirements into clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria

In the event of change requests, you will communicate with our development partners to create functional and technical specifications for enhancements w hich you will then test and document

You promote the idea of continuous improvement of systems, processes and applications by providing training and support to improve the understanding of cooperation partners

As part of projects, you will support the specialist departments or take on project management yourself

Your Skills

Degree in the field of business informatics/engineering/Business Administration or comparable

At least 3-5 years of experience in (in-house) consulting with an ERP-System, Microsoft D365 F&O would be a big advantage

Experience in the customization and configuration of an ERP-System, preferably D365 F&O

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Quick comprehension and hands-on mentality

Experience or interest in leading (external) teams in projects

Excellent German and English language skills

Experience Jira & Confluence an advantage

For this position, we offer you a gross monthly salary starting at EUR 5.000 on a full-time basis . Of course, we take into account your individual qualifications and experience and are willing to pay an appropriate overpayment . We will be happy to discuss details in person.
