  • Zentraler Ansprechpartner rund um unser ERP-System Infor M3 sowie angrenzende Anwendungen.
  • Weiterentwicklung der ERP-Systemlandschaft und Einführung zukünftiger ERP- und Digitalisierungslösungen.
  • Analyse und praxisorientierte Verbesserung bestehender Geschäftsprozesse in den versch. Abteilungen.
  • Unterstützung der Anwender durch Schulungen, Workshops und praxisnaher Beratung.
  • Betreuung angrenzender Systeme wie Scanner-Lösungen, Schnittstellen zu Drittsystemen und weiterer Anwendungen im Umfeld der Materialwirtschaft.
  • Sie dokumentieren Lösungen und Prozesse, bauen unser Wissensmanagement kontinuierlich aus und stellen die nachhaltige Sicherung von Know-how sicher.
  • Unterstützung unserer nationalen und internationalen Standorte bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung standardisierter Prozesse.
