  • AUFGABENPROFIL Technische und organisatorische Administration des
  • ERP-Systems Infor COM Sicherstellung eines stabilen, transparenten und
  • dokumentierten ERP-Betriebs Verwaltung und Weiterentwicklung von
  • Benutzer-, Rollen- und Berechtigungskonzepten Pflege von Stammdaten,
  • Systemparametern und applikationsnahen Einstellungen Planung,
  • Koordination und Durchführung von Updates, Patches und
  • Release-Wechseln Analyse, Priorisierung und nachhaltige Behebung von
  • Störungen im 1st-Level-Support Unterstützung bei der
  • Weiterentwicklung der ERP-Landschaft, insbesondere in den Bereichen
  • Workflows, Reports, Formulare und Schnittstellen Mitarbeit in ERP-,
  • Prozessoptimierungs- und Digitalisierungsprojekten Erstellung und
  • Pflege von System-, Betriebs- und Prozessdokumentationen DEIN
  • QUALIFIKATIONSPROFIL Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein
  • Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine
  • vergleichbare Qualifikation Erfahrung in der Administration von
  • ERP-Systemen, idealerweise mit Infor COM Gutes Verständnis von
  • ERP-gestützten Geschäftsprozessen, vorzugsweise im Industrie- oder
  • Maschinenbauumfeld Erfahrung im Customizing, der Parametrierung sowie
  • der systemnahen Betreuung von Anwendungen Technisches Verständnis
  • für Datenbanken, Schnittstellen und Reporting-Lösungen Hohe
  • Serviceorientierung sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten Sehr
  • gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
