Was dich erwartet

  • Technische und organisatorische Administration des ERP-Systems Infor COM
  • Verwaltung von Benutzerkonzepten sowie Pflege sämtlicher Stammdaten und Parameter
  • Planung und Durchführung von systemnahen Updates, Patches und Release-Wechseln
  • Analyse, Priorisierung und nachhaltige Behebung komplexer ERP-Störungen
  • Weiterentwicklung von Workflows, Reports, Schnittstellen sowie Formularen
  • Erstellung und Pflege strukturierter System-, Betriebs- und Prozessdokumentationen

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder vergleichbar
  • Praktische Erfahrung in der ERP-Administration mit Infor COM
  • Gutes Verständnis industrieller Geschäftsprozesse und technisches Datenbankverständnis
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Kenntnisse in SQL sowie CRM-, CAD- oder BI-Systemen
