ERP Training & Support Officer to support the effective use of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

The successful candidate should have a good understanding of business processes, strong system aptitude, and the ability to train and support users in a practical and easy to understand manner.

Key Responsibilities

Develop a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Train and support employees across different departments.

Prepare simple user guides and training materials.

Troubleshoot user and system related issues and identify corrective actions.

Understand business processes and ensure users are applying the system correctly.

Assist with system testing and process validation.

Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to training or system use.

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma or Degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

Good understanding of general business processes.

Strong communication, training, and troubleshooting skills.

Strong computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
