Die DAA Deutsche Angestellten-Akademie GmbH ist seit über 30 Jahren als Anbieter für berufliche Weiterbildung und Arbeitsmarktdienstleistungen in Trier und der Region bekannt. An unseren Standorten in Trier und Wittlich bieten wir zahlreiche Bildungsangebote in den Bereichen kaufmännische Weiterbildung und Umschulung, EDV / IT / Medien, Pflege und Soziales sowie Unterstützung in individuellen Coachings und bei der Integration in Ausbildung oder Arbeit.

Für unseren Standort in Wittlic h suchen wir eine motivierte Verstärkung mit Spaß an pädagogischer Arbeit.

  • Arbeitsinhalte:
  • Begleitung von jungen Erwachsenen in der Ausbildung
  • Organisation des Lernprozesses und der Förderplanung
  • Alltagshilfen, Krisenintervention
  • Netzwerkarbeit und Kooperation
  • Dokumentation der Förderverläufe
  • Anforderungen:
  • staatlich anerkannte Erziehungsberufe oder Arbeitserzieher\*innen mit soz.päd. Zusatzqualifikation und einjähriger beruflicher Erfahrung mit der Zielgruppe
  • Kenntnisse des regionalen und überregionalen Ausbildungs- und Arbeitsmarktes
  • Kommunikationskompetenz, Teamfähigkeit und Medienkompetenz
  • Organisations- und Beratungskompetenz
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise
