Meine Aufgaben:

  • Du begleitest und förderst Kinder individuell in ihrer Entwicklung und dokumentierst ihre Fortschritte.
  • Du entwickelst kreative und altersgerechte pädagogische Angebote, die Spaß machen und Kinder begeistern.
  • Du arbeitest vertrauensvoll mit Eltern, Kollegen und anderen Fachkräften zusammen.
  • Du bringst deine eigenen Ideen ein und gestaltest den pädagogischen Alltag aktiv mit.

Mein Profil:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als staatlich anerkannter Erzieher
  • Empathie, Kommunikationsstärke und ein echtes Interesse an der Entwicklung von Kindern
  • Freude an Teamwork und daran, gemeinsam Lösungen zu finden
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kindern unterschiedlicher Altersgruppen
  • Engagement, Kreativität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Führerschein und eigener PKW ist erforderlich
