Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Dich als Erzieher/Erzieherin Fachrichtung Jugend- und Heimerziehung (m/w/d) in Osnabrück.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Betreuung und Förderung von Jugendlichen in einer Heimumgebung
  • Gestaltung und Durchführung von Freizeitaktivitäten
  • Unterstützung bei der persönlichen und sozialen Entwicklung
  • Dokumentation der Fortschritte und individuellen Bedürfnisse
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Eltern und Fachkräften
