# Pädagogischer Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für Betreutes Einzelwohnen in Teilzeit (Hennigsdorf und Oranienburg)

# Deine Aufgaben:

  • Individuelle Betreuung und Begleitung von Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen im Betreuten Einzelwohnen
  • Förderung sozialer Kompetenzen und persönlicher Entwicklung
  • Begleitung bei Behördenangelegenheiten, Schule, Ausbildung und Arztterminen
  • Krisenintervention und ressourcenorientierte Beratung
  • Dokumentation und Erstellung von Hilfeplanberichten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Jugendämtern, Schulen, Ärzten und weiteren Netzwerkpartnern

# Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im pädagogischen Bereich, z. B. Sozialpädagoge (m/w/d), Sozialarbeiter (m/w/d), Erzieher (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrung in der Kinder- und Jugendhilfe wünschenswert
  • Empathie, Belastbarkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Führerschein Klasse B von Vorteil
