Für unsere stationären Wohngruppen in Berlin und Brandenburg suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt:

  • # Pädagogische Superhelden:innen und
  • Altagsgestalter:innen mit Herz (all genders) in VZ, TZ, Minijobber

# Wir bieten dir:

# Dein Profil:

  • Du kannst spontan einspringen, bleibst auch dann ruhig, wenn der Tagesplan sich fünfmal ändert, und findest schnell deinen Platz
  • Du begleitest u.a. auch gern Ferienfreizeiten und behältst auch dann den Überblick, wenn Zahnbürsten verschwinden und Schlafenszeiten verhandelt werden
  • Du verfügst über eine pädagogische Grundausbildung (Erzieher:in, Pädagog:in, Heilpädagog:in, Sozialpädagog:in, etc.) und vorzugsweise erste Erfahrung im Berufsalltag
  • Geduld, Empathie, Verlässlichkeit sowie Freude am Umgang mit jungen Menschen aus
  • Du bist bereit, eigene Stärken und Talente aktiv in deine Arbeit einzubringen
