  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Entwicklung, Organisation und Durchführung von Freizeit- und Bildungsangeboten für unsere Leistungsnehmenden im Heinrich-Haus
  • Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für Kinder, Jugendliche und Erwachsene mit Beeinträchtigung, die im Heinrich-Haus leben und arbeiten
  • Begleitung der Menschen in ihrer Freizeit und Unterstützung zur Teilhabe am gesellschaftlichen Leben
  • Förderung von Inklusion und Teilhabe
  • Zusammenarbeit im interdisziplinären Team mit beteiligten Bereichen
  • Austausch mit Bezugspersonen von Leistungsnehmenden und Sicherstellung einer guten Zusammenarbeit und Kooperation mit dem familiären Umfeld
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Heilerziehungspfleger (m/w/d), Erzieher (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Kindern, Jugendlichen und Erwachsenen
  • Bereitschaft zur Grundpflege
  • Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten, inkl. Früh-, Spät-, und Wochenenddiensten, längere Tagesveranstaltungen und mehrtägige Ferienfreizeiten
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Kreativität
  • Hohe soziale Kompetenz, Empathie sowie gute Kommunikations- und Motivationsfähigkeit
  • Gute allgemeine Medienkompetenz und fundierte Erfahrung im Umgang mit Computer- und MS Office-Anwendungen
  • Führerschein Klasse B, bestenfalls BE
