Deine Aufgaben:

  • Anleitung, Förderung sowie Begleitung von Menschen mit geistigen, körperlichen oder psychischen Behinderungen im Bereich „berufliche Bildung“, z.B. durch Unterstützung bei dem Erlernen und Einüben sozialer Kompetenzen
  • Planung und Gestaltung der Ablauforganisation im Alltag der Gruppe
  • Erstellung von Tagesdokumentationen in dem Anwenderprogramm Vivendi
  • Unterstützung des Teams bei der Förderung unserer Maßnahmeteilnehmenden

Das bringst du mit:

· Abgeschlossenes Berufsausbildung in o.g. Berufen

· Soziale Kompetenz, Empathie und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

· Teamfähigkeit, Eigenverantwortung und Selbstorganisation

· Sicherheit in der Ausführung von Hilfeplan, Berichtswesen und Leistungsabrechnung von Vorteil

· Selbstständiges, wirtschaftliches und verantwortliches Handeln

· Führerschein Klasse B (vormals Klasse 3) wünschenswert
