Der Caritasverband für die Stadt Castrop-Rauxel e.V. als katholischer Wohlfahrtsverband wirkt an der Gestaltung kirchlichen und gesellschaftlichen Lebens mit. Mit seinen mehr als 100 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern engagiert sich der Verband in den Bereichen der Jugend- und Behindertenhilfe und den Allgemeinen Sozialen Diensten.

Für unsere zweigruppige Kindertageseinrichtung Regenbogen suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Termin in Voll- oder Teilzeit

Erzieher / Heilerziehungspfleger oder vergleichbarer Abschluss (m/w/d)

Das sind Ihre Tätigkeiten:

  • Pädagogische Gestaltung des Gruppenalltags mit den Kindern
  • Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung der pädagogischen Konzeption
  • Beobachtungen und Dokumentationen von kindlichen Entwicklungsprozessen
  • Unterstützende und begleitende Elternarbeit
  • Vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team, den Familien und den Kooperationspartnern

Wir wünschen uns:

  • Eine abgeschlossene, staatlich anerkannte pädagogische Ausbildung
  • Freude und Sensibilität im Umgang mit Kindern und deren Eltern
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Engagement und ein hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit
  • Bereitschaft und Motivation sich weiterzubilden
  • Erfahrungen im Umgang mit dem PC
